Today I'm trying to catch as much of The Nines as I can. The Nines is really a creative church leadership conference sponsored by Leadership Network. It's all online, and a day packed with over 70 presenters, sharing nine minute leadership lessons one right after the other. It's like drinking from a fire-hydrant! Oh, and totally free!
Check it out!
I'm taking a lot of notes. Here's a five-step process Dave Ferguson shared for developing another leader.
1. I do, you watch.
2. I do, you help.
3. You do, I help.
4. You do, I watch.
5. You do, someone else watches.
Really simple, but it's a process that has the ability to create a reproducing culture in the church.
That's also the process for the teaching model. Makes sense.
